Abstract must not exceed 300 words which comprises of objective, methods, results, and conclusions (12 point Times New Roman font)

Call for Papers

Abstract Evaluation

The Organizing Committee will evaluate the abstracts requested for oral presentations by authors due to the space limitation for orals. Some participants requesting for oral presentations may be asked to present a poster. The notification will be made by May 15, 2026.

Oral presentations

Presentation time for each speaker in the contributed session is 15 min including questions and answers.

Poster presentations

Poster Size: 80 cm width x 120 cm height. All posters will be exposed during the full length of the Forum. Also, there will be an independent poster session of 1.5 hours.

Abstract instruction and submission

An abstract should be in 300–350 words excluding title, names and affiliations of authors, e-mail address.
It must be written in English, using single spacing and Times font.
The title should be in bold, 12-point font.
The names, affiliations, and email addresses should be in 11-point font.
The abstract body should be in 11-point font.
